One is mild enough for a child's toast. Four are bold enough to take neat off the spoon. Strength is the brand's own rating — start at the left if honey is new to you.

Creamy, with a chewy fudge-like consistency and delicate vanilla bean, coconut, pineapple and citrus. The crowd favourite, and the easiest place to start.

Whipped Whipped

⬢⬢⬡⬡⬡Soft

Spreadable rather than runny. Mellow is softly sweet and subtly floral; Bold brings a deeper, rounded flavour. Both were made for toast.

Dark amber and thick as golden syrup. Made from tree sap rather than flower nectar, so it is low in pollen and rich in oligosaccharides — natural prebiotics.

Strong, aromatic and pungently herbal — often called the Gorgonzola of honey. One of the highest antioxidant ratings of any honey in the world, three to four times other honeys.
