Honey: a spoonful on its own, or stirred through warm water or tea. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.

Room & Pillow Spray: shake well, then spray 2–4 times onto pillows, linens or around the room. External use only.

Essential Oil: use in a diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin.

Hand Sanitizer: rub a small amount over dry hands until it evaporates. No rinsing needed.
