What Common Goods is
Common Goods is a Malaysian curated platform and distributor of everyday essentials. We bring together our own products and selected partner brands across personal care, pantry and home living — serving individual shoppers, retailers, cafés, hotels and businesses.
We connect thoughtful brands with customers and business buyers, making good products easier to discover, stock and use. We work with brands to bring their products to market, and supply retailers, cafés, hotels and businesses with thoughtfully selected everyday goods.

Three tests, in this order
A product has to pass all three before it reaches this site. We would rather take our time than fill a shelf.
We use it first
Every product is used at home until the bottle is finished. Not a sample, not a week — the whole thing. If we don't reach for another one, it doesn't get listed.
The maker answers plainly
We ask where it's made, what's actually in it, and why each ingredient is there. Producers who won't give a straight answer don't get shelf space, however good the margin looks.
The full list gets published
Every ingredient is printed on the product page. Nothing hidden behind the word fragrance. If we can't publish the list, we don't sell the product.

Every brand, named
Not private label with our sticker on it. Real producers, each one visited or vetted.
Our own line — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower oil, handwash, soap. Made locally in small batches.

Questions
Good to know
Do you make everything yourselves?
No. Common Goods is our own line, made in Malaysia. The other brands are made by producers we work with directly. Every product page says which is which.
Is everything certified organic?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Some products are certified organic, some are natural but not certified. We say which on every product page. Certification is expensive and plenty of good small producers skip it — that doesn't make the product worse, but you deserve to know.
Why are you more expensive than the supermarket?
Smaller batches, better ingredients, and no synthetic fillers bulking out the bottle. A 500ml bottle here tends to last about as long as a bigger supermarket one, because you use less per wash.
Can I suggest a product?
Yes, and people do. Message us on WhatsApp. We'll tell you honestly whether it's something we'd test.
