Three tests. A product has to pass all three before we sell it.
We use it first
We use it at home until the bottle is finished. If we don't want another one, we don't sell it.
The brand answers us
We ask where it's made and what's inside. If they won't give a straight answer, we don't sell it.

How long does delivery take?
We ship from Selangor within 1–2 working days. West Malaysia usually arrives in 2–4 days. East Malaysia takes 4–7 days.
How much is delivery?
Free above RM150 for West Malaysia. Below that it's a flat rate shown at checkout. East Malaysia is free above RM250.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
Yes, within 7 days, as long as it's unopened and unused. Message us on WhatsApp first and we'll sort it out. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened personal care products.
Are these products really organic?
Some are certified organic, some are natural but not certified. We say which is which on every product page, and we list the full ingredients.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our personal care range is made for sensitive skin, but everyone is different. Every ingredient is listed on the product page. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp.
Is it safe to pay on this website?
Yes. Payment goes through Shopify Payments, the same system used by most Malaysian online stores. We accept FPX online banking, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, cards and Atome. We never see or store your card details.
Can I buy in bulk or for my shop?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and tell us roughly what quantity you need. We have wholesale pricing for retailers.
