Beechwood Honeydew is a naturally dark amber liquid honey, rich and thick like golden syrup, with a bold, pungent aroma that reflects its wild forest origins.

Unlike floral honey, this honeydew honey is derived from tree sap, not nectar, giving it a unique composition. It contains one of the highest antioxidant levels among New Zealand honeys and is especially rich in oligosaccharides – natural prebiotics that help promote and maintain healthy gut flora (probiotic bacteria).
