Organic Plant Protein Blend 52% (Organic Fermented Pea Protein, Organic Brown Rice Protein), Organic Rice Starch, Organic Coconut MCT Oil Powder, Organic Inulin Powder, Minerals (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Sulphate, Potassium Iodide), Natural Flavour, Vegetable Gum (Organic Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Organic Sunflower Lecithin Powder, Organic Natural Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Algal DHA Powder, Vitamins (Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Thiamin, Vitamin A, Folate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D2), Probiotic (Lactobacillus acidophilus). 

1.Mix 25g (1 level scoop) of Kids Essential Shake.

2.With 200mL of cold water in a shaker or blender.

3.Blend/shake to desired consistency. Enjoy!
