From fruit to bottle
Made as nature intended.
From organically grown fruit to a bottle for your kitchen.
Sourced from organically grown oil palm fruit. The oil's red-orange colour comes from carotenoids, including beta-carotene.
Unlike conventional high-heat refining, Harvist uses low-temperature processing designed to better preserve the oil's natural nutrients and colour. It helps retain naturally occurring carotenoids, vitamin E tocotrienols and phytonutrients.
Founder Steven Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Food Science & Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia and specialised in palm oil vitamin E extraction technology. He has more than 16 years in edible-oil engineering, and Harvist's production technology was developed under Profes Lipid Sdn. Bhd.
The bottleFive naturally occurring nutrients in one 250ml bottle: pro-vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin E (tocotrienols), coenzyme Q10, phytosterols and squalene.
See the oil →Why we chose it
We looked at three things.
The raw material, who makes it and how, and whether it fits into an ordinary day.
Where it comes from
Sourced from organically grown oil palm fruit, and made in Malaysia.
How it is made
Low-temperature processing, developed by a founder with more than 16 years in edible-oil engineering.
How you use it
No new recipe needed. A tablespoon over rice, noodles or vegetables. Easy to use is what makes it a habit.
In your kitchen
Cook it, then drizzle a little.
No need to change how you cook. Harvist suggest 1–2 tablespoons a day, added to food once it is cooked. One 250ml bottle is about 16 tablespoons.
Drizzle a tablespoon over hot rice just before serving and fold it through.
Stir a tablespoon through fried, soup or dry noodles once they are off the heat.
Drizzle a tablespoon over the pasta once it is plated, then toss.
Spoon a little over a fried egg or toss it through stir-fried greens, straight from the bottle.
