Grown by small-scale farmers, this rice retains the nutritious germ, more fiber, vitamins, and essential minerals, offering a soft, fragrant bite while nourishing your body.

Rinse until the water runs clear, then cook as you normally would. Semi-polished rice takes a little more water and a little longer than white.

A note on packaging: some bags loosen in transit from handling. This does not affect the quality or safety of the rice, but we cannot refund or exchange bags that lose vacuum in shipping.
