Grown by small-scale farmers, brown rice retains the nutritious bran, germ, more fiber, vitamins, and essential minerals, offering a rounded flavour and fragrant bite while nourishing your body.

Despite its proximity to a conventional farm, this plot of land remains rich in beneficial microbes, fostering healthy soil and supporting sustainable cultivation.

Rinse until the water runs clear. Brown rice needs more water and longer cooking than white, and soaking it first helps.

A note on packaging: some bags loosen in transit from handling. This does not affect the quality or safety of the rice, but we cannot refund or exchange bags that lose vacuum in shipping.
